Dermatologist - For appointments with our dermatologists, it is advisable to have a referral from your GP or family doctor, although it is not mandatory. Seeing a dermatologist with a referral allows you to claim a Medicare rebate on a portion of the consultation fee, making it more cost-effective. Without a referral, you will not qualify for this rebate and will have to pay the full cost.

Cosmetic Nurse - Appointments with our cosmetic nurse do not require a referral since her services are not eligible for a Medicare rebate. Before undergoing any cosmetic procedure, there is a complimentary consultation with our cosmetic nurse to discuss your concerns and the appropriate treatments.

Dermatology Nurse - For appointments with our dermatology nurse, a referral is not necessary since her services do not qualify for a Medicare rebate. However, a referral is preferred for continuous care.
